This is a complete first-class service that we offer, where “hands on care” is provided for your worldly possessions 100% from start to finish. This process is for non-new items only; new items require an invoice and fall into the regular category of shipments where a flat fee for duty and shipping apply.

We clearly understand moving any distance can be a hassle, but the unknowns involved with an international move can be quite stressful. Let us take all that away from your move and keep this simple and easy. It is a process, and we understand it perfectly. Our goal is to make it as smooth as possible through excellent communication from the beginning stages to when we haul the rubbish off from the final delivery to your destination in Baja Sur California.

What Does it Cost?

Moving cost vary greatly from where the move begins and how it arrives in San Diego.

  1. We can pick up and pack everything for you at your US address.
  2. We can pick up what you have packed from your US address.
  3. You can pack and deliver to our warehouse in San Diego.

With either option, historically in advance you provide an accurate list of sizes and number of boxes, anything not in a box requires pictures. With this info, an address of pick up location, stairs, floors etc and the same for the delivery location, we can quickly generate and provide an estimate.

Your estimate is not only based on volume it is based on contents and man hours of handling. It is simply an estimate because quite often what is described on this list and what arrives in our warehouse in San Diego are not always the same. And that is ok.

When we have the items in the warehouse in SD, we inventory and inspect everything. We also confirm things are packaged properly for the transport. Both determinations can affect the final cost, which can only be confirmed when the items have arrived in SD.

Once your load is received in our Cabo warehouse, then it is inventoried again, and then loaded into a smaller truck. With an appointment we will drive to your final destination address in Baja Sur, unload, unpack and place everything where you like. Afterwards we load all the packing rubbish and haul it off.
